Sonus Hearing

Sonus Hearing is a hearing aid manufacturer located in Orange CA. Everconnect came in to completely build an application and database to manage their whole process using modern web and database technologies. Prior to this they were using spreadsheets, phone calls and Access Database.

This application allowed the company to track inventory attributes, doctor ordering system, patient specific needs. After the doctors placed orders, it managed the billing, fulfillment process, and shipping processes, all while providing notifications. Additionally, the web application interfaced with their vendors to order needed whole sale parts when items were running low.
